I’m Back

Thanks for your patience while my website was being worked on, but I’m back and it’s all fixed.

I’ve been deep into researching my next book called, Historic Foods of America: Signature Recipes from Hotels and Restaurants. It will feature history and a signature recipe from businesses across America. It will be released September 2023.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting some of these places, while others have shipped me some of their foods. I have to admit, the research doesn’t suck. I’ve enjoyed a decadent pecan pie at The Partridge Inn in Augusta, Georgia, had Coney Island Hot Dogs shipped to me, and enjoyed a stay and cookies at the Graylyn Estate in Greensboro, North Carolina.

My deadline is fast approaching, so I need to get back to it. More as time permits.
