Being an author includes wearing many hats. This week, the edits can back on my Signature Dishes book. They’re not bad but do require some follow-up. Things like, what date is this from? What’s the name of the newspapers? It this yield correct? I have until the 28th, but I’m almost done with the edits and now have to wait to hear back from some of the people in the book for clarifications.
